A focused, private session tailored to your individual process.

1:1 Online Recapitulation-Breathwork Course
A structured course designed to support deep integration and ongoing practice.

  • Format: 4 personal-centred sessions (1–1.5 hours each)

  • Schedule: Daily or weekly sessions available

  • Includes:

    • One FREE “Recap the Recap” integration session, held one month after completing the course

  • Availability: Online courses run throughout the year (subject to availability)

6-Day Recapitulation Immersive
An intensive, in-person retreat offering a fully held environment for deep Recapitulation work.
